• Off-chain monitore the GP position's financial health, real-time calculation of loss rate and check whether the loss rate is lower than the preset liquidation threshold (such as 10%)

• When the loss rate reaches the liquidation line, the liquidator is supported to call the liquidation protocol to liquidate the corresponding position of GPs

• Liquidation must rebalance the liquidation position
